Michel Feghali (Owner & Master Stylist)
Michel is a hair designer with more than 30 years of experience in the industry. His cutting-edge style is often defined as “modern classy-edgy,” with a dash of urban chic. Michel is gifted in many different specialties, but he has a passion for Chadwicks long hairdressing, Prive styling and cutting, Goldwell coloring, Japanese retexturing, and on-trend men’s cuts. Michel was first introduced to a hair salon at the age of 14, where he began his journey into the art of hair. He has received rewards and accolades from Bioionic and Chadwicks, as well as being written up in McLean Magazine. His goal is to inspire stylists and others around him to strive to be the best they can be. Michel also has dreams of owning a high-end beauty school in the future, where he can teach the art of hair. Coming from an eastern world background, Michel is fluent in Spanish, English, French, Italian, and Arabic which allows him to converse with a diverse clientele.

Jennifer North (Owner/Manager/Make-up Artist)
With over twenty years of experience in the makeup industry and more than fifteen years in management, Jennifer holds her job to the highest standard and is very good at what she does. Jennifer’s passion is to help clients choose the makeup that makes them feel and look good. She says that makeup should enhance one’s natural beauty and communicate their personal brand. She is a clear communicator that can listen to a client’s needs and articulate what they have in mind. In 2010, Jennifer was recognized as Entrepreneur of the Year by McLean Chamber of Commerce. If you are looking for someone that can help you look and feel beautiful, Jennifer should be your “go-to girl.”

Mary Atie (Hair Designer)
Mary has been in the hair industry for more than 35 years. She began on Capitol Hill in Washington, DC as a shampoo assistant 40 years ago, and quickly began an apprenticeship program. Her skills shine through with her well-rounded knowledge and expertise about hair and its many different textures. Some of Mary’s favorite services include highlights, coloring, henna coloring, cutting curly and long hair. Mary is well known for her classic and timeless styles when it comes to hair design and her fabulous blowouts. She gives everyone in the salon a warm smile and is very confident and honest in what she does.

Zizi Dibo (Hair Designer)
A talented stylist for over twenty years, she has perfected the art of creative bridal upstyles. Zizi has advanced education in Goldwell Color, Bio Ionic Japanese hair straightening system, and keratin treatments. She finds it important to take the time to get to know the client and their needs to ensure complete satisfaction. She always gives 100% of herself.

Young Yi (Spa Specialist)
With over 20 years’ experience, and as a graduate from Columbia College for Massage, Young is the absolute best at what she does. Her gentle touch brings a premiere level massage that can soothe nearly any body type. Her signature massages include Swedish, deep tissue, chair, and pregnancy. Beyond just a superb massage, Young is also a very skillful eyebrow sculptor, bringing out the best brow to shape your eyes elegantly.
